In this Executive Brand Audit Consultation, we’ll dive deep into the core elements of your brand to assess where improvements can be made and how to strategically position your brand for growth. What's Included In This Session: Initial Assessment and Discovery (15 minutes) Quick Brand Audit: A brief but thorough review of your current brand presence, including visual identity and messaging, to identify immediate opportunities for improvement. Goal Setting: We’ll discuss your business goals, target audience, and key objectives to ensure that our recommendations align with your overall vision. Brand Image and Messaging Analysis (15 minutes) Visual Identity Assessment: A detailed evaluation of your logo, color scheme, typography, and overall visual consistency, ensuring your brand’s look aligns with your message. Brand Story and Messaging: We’ll evaluate your brand story and key messaging points, providing recommendations to ensure they resonate with your audience and reflect your brand values. Audience Profiling and Segmentation (10 minutes) Target Audience Identification: Define and segment your target audience based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to ensure your messaging is reaching the right people. Buyer Persona Development: Create a focused buyer persona that will guide your marketing and communication strategies, ensuring you connect with your ideal clients. Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations and rescheduling please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can cancel free of charge within this time frame. After Hour Appointments All appointment times that are requested by email or via our contact form that are scheduled outside of normal business hours on weekdays will be subject to additional fees. Appointments scheduled on weekends (outside of normal business hours) will also be subject to this fee. Appointments requested during days or times that we are closed will be subject to an additional fee of $99. No exceptions. Upon requesting the time slot an invoice will be sent to the client which must be paid in full in order for the appointment to be scheduled on our calendar. Once payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation email containing the information for their scheduled date. For Paid Sessions/Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of sessions that are not included in a package (for non-emergency related reasons) will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee which must be paid before another session can be scheduled. Grace Period: There is a 5 minute grace period for alignment calls and a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 mins or more in length. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it will have to be rescheduled for another day. For paid appointments, being more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in an cancellation fee of $25 which must be paid in full before another appointment can be rescheduled. We understand, however, that emergencies do happen and in such cases will take that under consideration. No Call-No Show Policy For all appointments, if a client does not call or email to cancel, and does not show up without prior communication, they will not be permitted to book any more appointments with this company without paying a $50 inconvenience fee in addition to paying their session fee upfront.
