Service Description
In the PR Crisis Prevention and Management session, we help you proactively identify potential PR risks and establish a clear, actionable plan to protect your brand’s reputation. From crafting crisis communication strategies to establishing response protocols, this session equips you with tools to handle public relations crises confidently and effectively, ensuring your brand remains resilient under pressure. Session Outline: Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Audit (15 minutes): Identify potential PR risks specific to your brand and assess areas of vulnerability. Crisis Communication Strategy (15 minutes): Develop a crisis communication framework, including key talking points and spokesperson guidelines. Response Protocols and Procedures (15 minutes): Outline a step-by-step plan for responding to various crisis scenarios, ensuring consistent and timely communication. Media Engagement and Damage Control (10 minutes): Discuss strategies for working with media during a crisis, including how to control the narrative and minimize impact. Q&A and Next Steps (5 minutes): Answer questions and provide best practices for ongoing crisis prevention. After the session you will receive a crisis prevention and management plan outlining what was discussed, prevention and crisis management steps and recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations and rescheduling please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can cancel free of charge within this time frame. After Hour Appointments All appointment times that are requested by email or via our contact form that are scheduled outside of normal business hours on weekdays will be subject to additional fees. Appointments scheduled on weekends (outside of normal business hours) will also be subject to this fee. Appointments requested during days or times that we are closed will be subject to an additional fee of $99. No exceptions. Upon requesting the time slot an invoice will be sent to the client which must be paid in full in order for the appointment to be scheduled on our calendar. Once payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation email containing the information for their scheduled date. For Paid Sessions/Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of sessions that are not included in a package (for non-emergency related reasons) will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee which must be paid before another session can be scheduled. Grace Period: There is a 5 minute grace period for alignment calls and a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 mins or more in length. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it will have to be rescheduled for another day. For paid appointments, being more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in an cancellation fee of $25 which must be paid in full before another appointment can be rescheduled. We understand, however, that emergencies do happen and in such cases will take that under consideration. No Call-No Show Policy For all appointments, if a client does not call or email to cancel, and does not show up without prior communication, they will not be permitted to book any more appointments with this company without paying a $50 inconvenience fee in addition to paying their session fee upfront.
