Service Description
Refine your brand’s PR approach with a 60-minute PR Strategy Session. Building on the foundations laid in the Discovery Consultation, we’ll craft tailored story angles and a clear outreach plan to engage with your ideal media contacts. You’ll leave this session with a ready-to-use pitch, a target list of media outlets, and a step-by-step plan for reaching your audience. With a focus on immediate action, this session equips you to make meaningful media connections and elevate your brand’s public presence. Session Outline: Session Kick-Off and Objective Setting (5 minutes): Recap objectives and set a clear goal for the session. Refining Core Messaging and Story Angles (15 minutes): Tailor your brand’s core message and develop 2-3 distinct story angles. Target Media Outlets and Contact List (15 minutes): Identify the media outlets and contacts that align best with your brand’s story. Developing Custom Pitches (15 minutes): Draft and customize pitches for specific outlets and audiences. Next Steps and Media Outreach Plan (10 minutes): Outline steps for pitch outreach, follow-up strategy, and a tracking system. Q&A and Wrap-Up (5 minutes): Answer questions and review the outreach plan to ensure clarity on next steps. After the session you will receive a report outlining the strategy, recommendations and action steps.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations and rescheduling please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can cancel free of charge within this time frame. If your appointment is included in a package that has already been paid for, you can also reschedule free of charge once 24-hour notice is given. After Hour Appointments All appointment times that are requested by email or via our contact form that are scheduled outside of normal business hours on weekdays will be subject to additional fees. Appointments scheduled on weekends (outside of normal business hours) will also be subject to this fee. Appointments requested days that we are closed (Sunday or Monday) will be subject to an additional fee of $99. No exceptions. Upon requesting the time slot an invoice will be sent to the client which must be paid in full in order for the appointment to be scheduled on our calendar. Once payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation email containing the information for their scheduled date. For Paid Sessions/Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of sessions that are not included in a package (for non-emergency related reasons) will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee which must be paid before another session can be scheduled. All initial 15 min. discovery calls are free of charge and free to reschedule within 24 hours. Grace Period: There is a 5 minute grace period for all free discovery calls and a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 mins or more in length. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it will have to be rescheduled for another day. For paid appointments, being more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in an cancellation fee of $25 which must be paid in full before another appointment can be rescheduled. We understand, however, that emergencies do happen and in such cases will take that under consideration. No Call-No Show Policy For all appointments, if a client does not call or email to cancel, and does not show up without prior communication, they will not be permitted to book any more appointments with this company without paying a $50 inconvenience fee and also paying their session fee upfront. We respect our clients' time and expect the same respect in return.
