Brand Audit - Deep Dive to Diagnose Roadblocks In the first session, we will conduct a comprehensive brand audit to identify the current roadblocks that are hindering your brand's growth and profitability. This deep dive involves examining your brand’s current positioning, messaging, audience engagement, and overall strategy. We will assess your brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, providing you with a clear diagnosis of what’s working and what needs improvement. By the end of this session, you will have a detailed understanding of the specific areas that require attention, setting the foundation for strategic action steps to align your brand with your profit goals.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations and rescheduling please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can cancel free of charge within this time frame. If your appointment is included in a package that has already been paid for, you can also reschedule free of charge once 24-hour notice is given. After Hour Appointments All appointment times that are requested by email or via our contact form that are scheduled outside of normal business hours on weekdays will be subject to additional fees. Appointments scheduled on weekends (outside of normal business hours) will also be subject to this fee. Appointments requested days that we are closed (Sunday or Monday) will be subject to an additional fee of $99. No exceptions. Upon requesting the time slot an invoice will be sent to the client which must be paid in full in order for the appointment to be scheduled on our calendar. Once payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation email containing the information for their scheduled date. For Paid Sessions/Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of sessions that are not included in a package (for non-emergency related reasons) will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee which must be paid before another session can be scheduled. All initial 15 min. discovery calls are free of charge and free to reschedule within 24 hours. Grace Period: There is a 5 minute grace period for all free discovery calls and a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 mins or more in length. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it will have to be rescheduled for another day. For paid appointments, being more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in an cancellation fee of $25 which must be paid in full before another appointment can be rescheduled. We understand, however, that emergencies do happen and in such cases will take that under consideration. No Call-No Show Policy For all appointments, if a client does not call or email to cancel, and does not show up without prior communication, they will not be permitted to book any more appointments with this company without paying a $50 inconvenience fee and also paying their session fee upfront. We respect our clients' time and expect the same respect in return.
