Captivate the Crowd - Communication Techniques This session is all about refining your communication techniques to captivate any audience, whether one-on-one or in a large group setting. We’ll explore strategies to keep your listeners engaged, such as storytelling, active listening, and effective use of pauses. You'll learn how to read your audience, adjust your message in real-time, and handle unexpected questions or feedback with poise. By the end of this session, you'll be equipped with a toolkit of advanced communication skills that will help you connect deeply and persuasively with your audience.


Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations and rescheduling please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can cancel free of charge within this time frame. After Hour Appointments All appointment times that are requested by email or via our contact form that are scheduled outside of normal business hours on weekdays will be subject to additional fees. Appointments scheduled on weekends (outside of normal business hours) will also be subject to this fee. Appointments requested during days or times that we are closed will be subject to an additional fee of $99. No exceptions. Upon requesting the time slot an invoice will be sent to the client which must be paid in full in order for the appointment to be scheduled on our calendar. Once payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation email containing the information for their scheduled date. For Paid Sessions/Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of sessions that are not included in a package (for non-emergency related reasons) will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee which must be paid before another session can be scheduled. Grace Period: There is a 5 minute grace period for alignment calls and a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 mins or more in length. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it will have to be rescheduled for another day. For paid appointments, being more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in an cancellation fee of $25 which must be paid in full before another appointment can be rescheduled. We understand, however, that emergencies do happen and in such cases will take that under consideration. No Call-No Show Policy For all appointments, if a client does not call or email to cancel, and does not show up without prior communication, they will not be permitted to book any more appointments with this company without paying a $50 inconvenience fee in addition to paying their session fee upfront.
